Promote higher education of the girl child through Hooters!

Responsible for sending so many girls to college, I seriously wish this organization comes to India catering to the needs of nearly half a billion. I think people are really getting tired of McD’s.

Opening Hooters inside campuses will definitely increase attendance, or at least that’s how the pitch should go on. Just imagine, after a heavy dose of the Theory of Relativity or maybe an overview of the Assyrian Civilization, wouldn’t you want to have a quite bite at a nice cool place where you get to see this:

And seriously, don’t gimme any of that, is it safe bullshit. Hooters are running fine in Israel and Guatemela and are about to be opened in Dubai. Opening the Hooter’s Employee Handbook will take you to a page that rightly portrays the philosophy of this wonderful institution:

Customers can go to many places for wings and beer, but it is our Hooters Girls who make our concept unique. Hooters offers its customers the look of the “All American Cheerleader, Surfer, Girl Next Door.

I can already imagine a BJP shamiyana(camp) outside the DU campus playing “Maa Tujhe Salaam” and burning effigies of fake breasts asking Hooters Inc to shut its operations in India, especially college where it’ll “corrupt” young minds and heavily distract them. The reaction in Tamil Nadu will be even more intense. What more can you expect from a land where women(and I think men too) aren’t allowed to wear jeans to college as it is against Indian culture. Keeping that in min, I can’t even fathom their reaction when they see a girl in a tight tank top unleashing her hooters.

The company’s website acknowledges that “many consider ‘Hooters’ a slang term for a portion of the female anatomy,” but it adds, “Hooters Girls have the same right to use their natural female sex appeal to earn a living as do supermodels Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell.”
